WELCOME

First I want to welcome you to the chefspinzone. We hope you fine the site a place you will visit often. As a new information culinary web site, we wish to thank you for selecting us. For the chefspinzone to be successful, input from all registered members will keep a constructive sharing of information and ideas moving through the site.

REGISTRATION

Registration is free. With the chefspinzone and EZ Board, you need only to register a single time. Keep a record of user's name and password for EZ Board.

Registration allows you the opportunity to enter recipe contests, receive discounts on future publications and upgrades, and post your resume for seasonal employment.

Registration with the chefspinzone will let you communicate on-line your constructive views on important subjects that affect our industry and workplace environment.

CONTEST

With the introduction of The Chef's Selections Specialties of the House 2003©, the first contest begins. The category for the first contest will be Beef and Veal. After entering your recipes, keep tuned into Hot Topics for quick cash drawings throughout the contest.

IDEAS

Ideas sent to chefspinzone will be posted on the proper link for others to share and respond with their feedback. If you know of other culinary and hospitality schools that need to be listed, please forward by E-mail and we will post them.

ENVIRONMENT

I would first like to jump-start the environmental link, especially with a program on your property. All ideas collected will be arranged so you can download from Hot Topics and present a program to the powers that be.

Creating an environmental friendly property will not be an easy task; but if we all pull together as a group of professionals, we can make a difference on how our industry can work and co-exist with our environment. Let us know your successes and attempts.

CULINARY CHATTER

Culinary Chatter is a link to communicate serious ideas across the World Wide Web. I feel the usefulness of this link will be a huge success. We should remember the culinary arts and the hospitality industry has been around for a long time. Information is the key to success. Assisting and helping others with areas of concern is what the chefspinzone is all about.

UPDATES TO THE CHEF'S SELECTIONS

This will be one focus for 2003. There will be more selections and descriptions along with selective information, all organized on a new CD. Look forward for this release by August of 2003. This will be an addition that you will add to your original.
